- We do offer a download service with some of our eBay products
- If the eBay advert states that download is available for that product we will be able to send you a link.
- You will need to leave a note on your PayPal transaction that you would like to receive a download.
- We will send you the link via the eBay message system and when the CD is ready for dispatch
- The service for eBay is manual and not instant so we can't guarantee that you will get this straight away.
- Any refunds that are requested will be process as normal, however if a download link has been sent we will deduct 10% from the refund as an administrators fee for sending the download.
- If you would like an INSTANT download (which is cheaper) we do have this function, which is our own e-shop (has nothing to do with eBay), this can be found at by clicking on "IM-SOFT E-SHOP" or by clicking here. Please note that there are different terms and conditions for that site (available on the e-shop page).
- Like our media we test and ensure that all files are virus free. Also we test all media to ensure that there are no issues, however by you downloading and starting the application this is your responsibility and therefore we are not liable for any system or data loss.
